Our Retail Guarantee

We guarantee all plants to be healthy, disease and insect free and true to name as purchased. Trees and woody ornamentals purchased at the guaranteed retail price will be guaranteed for six months from the date of purchase. If loss occurs during this period, please return the dead plant with the original invoice in order to receive a credit or exchange. For large trees, a picture will suffice.

Buck Jones offers a one-time replacement plant or a store credit for the value of the original plant purchased. We cannot offer cash refunds.

No guarantee exists for annual color, bulbs, seed, sod or any plant purchased at a discounted or wholesale price. Likewise, Buck Jones cannot guarantee any plant purchased during total water restrictions by the county or state, or if total water restrictions are enforced during the six month guarantee period.

If the plant is lost due to extreme weather conditions, abuse, neglect or insect or disease infestation occurring after the purchase, we do share your disappointment, but we cannot share your loss – the guarantee would then be void.
